HRM Enterprise Integration
With so many systems and employee information scattered throughout the enterprise, LNNF contracted Syple to implement a middleware solution that consolidates all employee information into a central location, and helps share this information between the various systems in a controlled and structured manner.
Our role was to design the overall solution architecture and to implement the core parts of the middleware solution. Using a rich toolset of Microsoft data management tools and .net we were able to implement a sophisticated solution that ensured continuity of critical employee data.
In addition to the middleware design and implementation, this solution integrated with a range of systems within the enterprise including Payroll systems, SAP, Active Directory synchronisation a range of HRMS systems and more.
