Everyday Creativity
Everyday Creativity is an innovative crowd sourcing web application deployed within the Lion Nathan National Foods organisation. The application provides a means for employees across the business to identify ways in which the business can improve its function, and any other innovative ideas that may benefit the business. Employees can vote on these of which they believe would have the greatest positive impact to the business. Top voted ideas are then evaluated by the executive team and fed into the organisations strategic planning.
This application was developed using Microsoft ASP.Net and JQuery technology to deliver a rich and easy to use user experience. Extended reporting was also added to provide the administrators of the website with usage statistics.
